Return & Refund Policy for Web Site

All our herbs and teas are prepared fresh for each order and will be sent out at the soonest availability after payment is made.

Should you receive your wholesale order from us and find there is an issue please do not return this to us before contacting us. This is very rare, but we need to check what the issue is to rectify it. If your order needs to be returned, we will issue you an RMA – Shipping costs will be paid by you to return the product and we will pay the return shipping costs if your order needs replacing. Returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of notice and approval by us.

As Tea is classed as a food product due to health and safety, we do not accept returns (Unless we have made an error) All sales are final.

Save your return tracking number, and if possible, e-mail it to us so we can track the return. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit should your order be lost or damaged. It is recommended you get a signature on delivery to us.

If you return a package and we find there is no issue with the production, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Excluding shipping and handling costs.
